How the Residential Roof Care Program Works
Roof Inspection
We inspect the roof surface, flashing, penetrations, gutters and ventilation to look for signs of wear, damage or other areas that may need attention.
Roof Maintenance
Minor maintenance items, including sealant and nail pops, are addressed as part of your plan. We’ll also check areas such as valleys and pipe boots where small issues can develop over time.
Documentation
After your inspection, you’ll receive a detailed photo report along with maintenance recommendations. This gives you a record of your roof’s condition and the care it has received over time.
Savings on Repairs
If we find an issue that requires additional repairs outside of the maintenance included in your plan, you’ll receive a 10% discount on those repairs.

Does this plan cover storm damage repairs?
The plan includes inspections and specified minor maintenance, but it does not include larger repairs caused by storms or other significant damage. If additional repairs are needed, we’ll let you know what we find and recommend the appropriate next steps. Plan members receive a 10% discount on additional repairs.
What happens if you find a problem that isn’t covered under minor repairs?
We’ll document the issue and discuss the recommended repair with you. Any work outside the maintenance included in the plan can be addressed separately, and Pro Protection members receive a 10% discount on additional repairs.
